About Lexi

Hi, I'm Lexi. I coach people who are tired of starting over.

Born and raised in the Magic Valley. Seven years coaching. One rule: show up, do the work, tell me the truth. I handle the rest.

My story

I was the girl who hated the gym.

I grew up outside Kimberly on a farm where "exercise" meant moving pipe and bucking hay. Then I went to CSI, sat at a desk for a job in town, and found out what happens to a body that stops moving. By 24 I had a bad back, no energy, and a gym membership I used twice.

A friend dragged me to a powerlifting meet in Boise. I watched a 61 year old woman pull 300 pounds and something clicked. Strength was not about looking a certain way. It was about being able to do things. I hired a coach, learned to squat, and within a year my back pain was gone and I was deadlifting more than my brothers.

I got certified in 2019 and have coached full time in Twin Falls since. Nurses, linemen, farmers, teachers, grandmas, a few high school athletes, and a lot of people who told me on day one, "I am not really a gym person." Neither was I. That is the point.

When I am not in the gym I am hiking the canyon, hunting with my dad in the Sawtooths, or losing arguments with my border collie about who is in charge.

How I coach

Four things you will hear me say a lot.

01

Earn the weight

Nobody gets a barbell on their back until the pattern is clean. Then we load it like we mean it.

02

No food is a sin

Potatoes, bread, and your grandma's rolls are not the enemy. Portions, protein, and consistency are the whole game.

03

Boring wins

The exercises that work are the same ones that worked in 1960. You will get strong on squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and carries.

04

Coach, not cheerleader

I will be honest with you. If you skipped three weeks, we talk about why. Then we get back to work.

What a session looks like

Sixty minutes, zero wasted.

  • 0:00
    Check in

Sleep, soreness, stress, what you ate. Two minutes that change the whole plan for the day.

  • 0:05
    Warm up with a purpose

Mobility for your trouble spots, then ramp-up sets of the first lift.

  • 0:15
    The main work

One or two big lifts, logged and progressed. This is where strength gets built.

  • 0:40
    Accessories and conditioning

The supporting cast. Carries, rows, lunges, sled pushes, whatever your goal needs.

  • 0:55
    Cool down and homework

What to do before next time. Written down, texted to you.

Begin. Build. Become.

Let's find out if we are a fit.

Twenty minutes, free, no obligation. If I am not the right coach for you, I will tell you who is.
